Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of online and digital services (the "Services") provided by Khristine Mejia ("the Provider"), to customers worldwide ("the Client"). By agreeing to use the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Services

Khristine Mejia will provide the Services to the best of their abilities and in accordance with the requirements of the Client. The Services provided by Khristine Mejia may include, but are not limited to, website and content development, design, maintenance, and marketing automation services. Khristine Mejia will use reasonable care and skill to provide the Services, but Khristine Mejia makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services.

 

Liability

Khristine Mejia will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense suffered by the Client as a result of the use of the Services, except for any direct loss or damage arising from Khristine Mejia's breach of these terms and conditions or negligence. Khristine Mejia's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

 

Intellectual Property

Khristine Mejia retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in any material created by Khristine Mejia in connection with the provision of the Services. The Client may use this material solely for the purpose of the Services and shall not distribute or use the material for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Khristine Mejia.

 

Confidentiality

Khristine Mejia and the Client agree to keep confidential any information that is identified as confidential or that, by its nature, would be considered confidential. This includes all information exchanged between Khristine Mejia and the Client in connection with the Services.

 

Collection and Use of Contact Information

By completing and submitting the prospect's contact information to Khristine Mejia, the Client gives permission for Khristine Mejia to contact them regarding the Services. Khristine Mejia will collect, use, and disclose the Client's personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada. The Client's personal information will only be used for the purposes of providing the Services and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's consent, unless required by law.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client will pay Khristine Mejia for all Services provided up to the date of termination.

 

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coquitlam, British Columbia.

 

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between Khristine Mejia and the Client and supersede any other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.

 

By agreeing to use our Services and submitting your contact information, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
